With our new Pâtisserie and Baking Certificate program at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Atlanta, you can receive training in baking and pastry arts fundamentals.
The goal of the program is to prepare graduates with the high level of expertise required to become a professional baker or pastry chef. Its comprehensive, sequential course of study covers fundamentals needed to enter the industry in entry to midlevel positions.
Our program includes hands-on teaching of fundamental baking skills as well as the theoretical knowledge that underlies competency in the field. In addition, you can develop the skills necessary to create show pieces and displays. Decorating cakes range from simple royal icing to decoration of wedding cakes.
The program is designed to last nine months (36 instructional weeks). The time needed to complete the program can vary depending on your individual circumstances.
